The challenge
Most design projects start with something to work from. A brief, a reference, an existing identity to evolve. Designing for a brand-new agency meant starting with none of that. There was no color history, no established voice, no prior work to draw from. Every decision had to be made from a vision that was still forming — and it had to look finished enough to earn client trust from day one. The core challenge: how do you design a credible agency identity before the agency has a track record to draw from?
